Delivery
Delivery costs are shown against each gift for a standard delivery service, arriving with you or your nominated recipient(s) within 5 working days - unless a specific week has been requested.
You can order delivery for any available week in the future. Advance orders will be stored in our system until the required date.
You can save money by taking a bulk delivery to a single address - if you order 25 gifts to the same address then delivery is absolutely free.
Corporate Customers
If you are ordering a number of gifts going to different addresses we will manage your address list - all you have to do is send us your list by using the attached format and e-mailing it to us.
General Delivery Information for all orders
We can deliver to any postal address in the UK. We only deliver within the UK, we do not deliver to Europe or the Rep. of Ireland.
Please note - We cannot deliver any items on the same day as ordering.
Please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect or arrange re-delivery.
Gifts sent to hospitals, schools, military & business addresses will be delivered to a main reception or mailing room prior to internal distribution.
Deliveries take place on Monday through to Friday - weekend deliveries are available at a surcharge.
