Custom Imagery
If you choose to add your own imagery to your order, you will need to send us your imagery to enable us to process your order.
Once you have completed your order, you will need to print off your order confirmation (also attached to the order confirmation email)
and send it with the imagery you would like us.
Artwork Formats
To enable quick and trouble free printing of your logo, we require your artwork to be sent in one of the following formats:
- Adobe Illustrator/EPS
- Freehand
- Coreldraw
With all fonts converted to outlines (curves).
Your artwork can be e-mailed to: print@porterandwoodman.co.uk or sent on Floppy Disc, CD or DVD in either PC or MAC format.
A hard copy should then be sent in the post to give us a guide of what is required and include an accurate colour breakdown (Pantone References). Failure to send this could result in a delay to meeting your order requirement date.
All artwork/layouts will be e-mailed or fax proofed to the customer for approval before printing commences.
All artwork sent in incorrect format will be returned.
If digital artwork is not available, it might be possible to work from a letterhead, although this could incur an extra charge.
